Strategic Planning & Quality Assurance

We work closely with educational institutions to develop comprehensive strategic plans and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that the institution is on track to achieve its long-term goals. This process begins by engaging stakeholders in an appreciative inquiry and needs assessment. Then we facilitate collaborative practices in identifying limiting factors and areas for improvement. Next, we partner with the community in creating strategic objectives and a comprehensive strategic plan.
